Free registration

Create your account in a few minutes. For your inscription, we will simply need information on your company.

If you already are a customer of us, your customer code will be asked at your inscription on our website and your two accounts will be linked.

Account validation

Before the opening of your account, we will check your information. This step lasts between 24 and 48 hours.

In some cases, we have to contact you by e-mail in order to obtain more information on your activity.

Account opening

As soon as your account is validated, you will be informed by e-mail. You will have access to our prices and be able to place your first order.

In case of difficulties, you can contact our customer service by e-mail of telephon, from Monday to Friday, from 8:40 to 12:15 and from 13:30 to 17:30.

I already have a customer account with you, what do I need to do to order online?

If you already have a customer account with us but have never ordered online, you need to open an account on our website. As you registrate you will have the possibility to enter your customer code which will allow us to accelerate the validation of your account.

Ai-je besoin d’un numéro de siret/EORI pour créer un compte ?

Pour les entreprises françaises, la saisie d’un numéro de SIRET est obligatoire. Si vous ne pouvez pas saisir de numéro de SIRET à l’inscription, remplissez le champ avec des zéros (le numéro de SIRET est composé de 14 chiffres). Cependant, saisir un numéro de SIRET accélèrera le processus de vérification de votre compte. Vous aurez la possibilité de le renseigner à tout moment dans les paramètres de votre compte.
